I. General information.

  1. The operator of the Website is VERSIM S.A., ul. Jasielska 10, 60-476 Poznan.
  2. The Website performs functions of collecting information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    a) by voluntarily entering information into forms.
    b) by saving cookies on the end devices.
    c) by collecting web server logs by the hosting operator NetArt Spolka Akcyjna S.K.A, operating at www.nazwa.pl website address.


2. Information in forms.

  1. The Website collects information entered voluntarily by the user.
  2. The Website can also save information about connection details (timestamp, IP address)
  3. The data in the form are not made available to third parties, without the consent of the user.
  4. The data entered in the form may constitute a set of potential customers, registered by the Website Operator in the register kept by Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.
  5. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form, e.g. for commercial contact.


III. Information about cookies.

  1. The Website uses cookie files (“cookies”).
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Website’s User and are intended for using pages of the Website. Cookies usually contain a name of origin website, storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The entity that publishes cookies on the end device of the Website’s User and obtains access to them is the Website’s Operator.

IV. Server logs.

  1. Information about some behavior of users is logged in the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of webservice administration and to ensure the most efficient operation of provided hosting services.
  2. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. Moreover the following data may also be stored:
    a) query arrival time,
    b) response time,
    c) client’s station name – identification through HTTP,
    d) information about errors occurred during HTTP transaction,
    e) URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) –if the Website was accessed by the link from other site,
    f) information about user’s web browser,
    g) information about IP address.
  3. The above data are not associated with specific people browsing sites.
  4. The above data are used only for the purposes of system administration.


V. Data sharing.

  1. Data may be made available to external entities, within the limits permissible by law.
  2. Data allowing to identify a natural person are made available only with the consent of that person.
  3. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Webservice to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
