In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you about your rights and how your personal data is processed.

1. The Administrator of your Personal Data is “VERSIM” S.A. based in Poznań, ul. Jasielska 10, 60-476 Poznań, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0000396258, REGON: 30007487400000, NIP: 7792261859 (hereinafter referred to as: “APD”).

3. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) and c) GDPR in order to perform the contract.
4. If you give separate consent pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR, data processing will also apply to marketing purposes. In addition, APD may send commercial offers to the provided e-mail address or present them by telephone using the indicated telephone number, if appropriate consent is granted.
5. The data controller does not share data or transfer it to a third country/international organization.
6. Personal data processed for the purposes of performing the contract will be processed until the claims expire.
7. Personal data provided on the basis of your consent will be processed until it is withdrawn.
8. The data subject has the right to access his or her personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of based on consent before its withdrawal.
9. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10. Providing personal data is voluntary, but in the case of concluding a contract, providing personal data in the contract is a necessary condition for its conclusion.
