In accordance with the requirements of Regulation No 2016/679 of the European (EU) Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) we inform you about your laws and how your personal data are processed.

3. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 (1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR Regulation in order to perform the contract.
4. If you give us separate consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR Regulation, the data will also be processed for marketing purposes. Moreover, if appropriate consent is given to us, ADO may send commercial offers to the provided e-mail address or present them by telephone at the indicated telephone number.
5. The controller of personal data does not share the data or transfer it to a third country/ international organization.
6. Personal data processed for the purposes of performance of the contract will be processed till expiration of claims.
7. Personal data provided on the basis of your consent will be processed until withdrawal of consent.
8. The data subject has the right to access his or her personal data and the right to rectification and erasure of them, restriction of the data processing, the right to transfer the data and to object and to revoke the consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the personal data processing, based on consent before its withdrawal.
9. If it is determined that processing of the personal data violates GDPR provisions, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory Data Protection Authority.
10. Providing personal data is voluntary, but for the purposes of concluding a contract providing personal data is a necessary condtition.
